Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of SmartAdly. By using the service, you accept them.
1. The service
SmartAdly generates content with AI and publishes it to the social networks you connect, with your prior approval.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be of legal age and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security.
3. Plans and payments
Plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually). The annual plan includes a discount equivalent to 2 months. You can cancel anytime; the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal or deceptive content, content infringing third-party rights, or content violating the policies of connected platforms.
5. Content and connected accounts
You keep ownership of your content and accounts. You authorize us to generate and publish content on your behalf per your instructions and approvals.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, brand and software belong to Jabez Software. You acquire no rights over them beyond using the service.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. They are governed by the applicable law of Jabez Software’s domicile. Contact: legal@smartadly.com.
