They become an active customer

You get paid every month
We collect 20% of what SmartAdly bills that customer, month after month while they stay active — from your 5th active referral onward, it rises to 25% on all of them.
Clear rules, so it’s fair for both sides
- Commission is calculated on what the referred customer ACTUALLY PAYS each month, after any discount of their own (for example, the social-follow discount). Never on list price.
- Only active, paid-up customers count. If a referred customer cancels or falls behind on payment, that commission pauses for that month — it resumes on its own if they pay again.
- Payouts are monthly via bank transfer or PayPal, once you’ve accrued $50 or more — this avoids processing tiny payments.
- Each referred business counts for one program only: if you sent them as an Ambassador, that same customer can’t also generate credit for you under "Refer & Save." You pick one program per referral, not both.
- The referred customer’s own social-follow discount (if any) is independent and doesn’t reduce your commission — it’s calculated on what SmartAdly collects after that discount, as explained above.
