2. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, company) you provide.

Data from the social accounts you connect (profile identifiers, access tokens, publishing metrics).

Site and platform usage data, and technical data (IP address, browser) for security and analytics.

3. How we use data

To provide the service: generate content with AI, schedule it, request your approval and publish it to your networks.

For billing, support, security and product improvement.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Connected accounts and tokens

When you connect TikTok, Instagram or Facebook via OAuth, we store the access tokens needed to publish on your behalf.

Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only for the actions you authorize. You can revoke them anytime from your panel or the network itself.

5. Third parties and sub-processors

We use providers to operate the service: AI models (OpenAI, Google), storage and rendering (AWS), publishing (Meta, TikTok), notifications (Telegram), transactional email and hosting (Hostinger).

Each provider processes data only for its function.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed to meet legal obligations. On closure we delete or anonymize data per the Data Deletion section.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, portability or objection (including GDPR, LGPD and CCPA rights depending on your jurisdiction). Email legal@smartadly.com.

8. Security

We apply encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest for sensitive data, access control and security best practices. No system is 100% infallible, but we work to protect you.

9. Minors

The service targets businesses, not minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we will post the new version with its date. Continued use implies acceptance.
