Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data anytime.
1. How to request it
Email legal@smartadly.com from the address on your account, subject “Data deletion”. You can also revoke access from your panel or each connected network’s settings.
2. What is deleted
Your account data, the encrypted access tokens of connected networks and the associated content we store. Some records may be kept for the minimum time required by law.
3. Data on connected platforms
Content already published on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook is managed on those platforms; you must delete it there if you wish.
4. Timeframe
We process requests within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. We will confirm when complete.
